Notary & Financial Coaching FAQ's
-
FAQ 1: What types of documents do you notarize? At Simply Noble Services, we notarize a wide range of documents including power of attorney, wills, healthcare surrogates, real estate closing packages, affidavits, loan documents, and more. If you're unsure whether your document needs notarizing, feel free to call or text us directly.
-
FAQ 2: Are you a mobile notary? Can you come to me?Yes! We offer mobile notary services throughout Osceola, Polk, and Orange counties. We travel to homes, hospitals, offices, and other convenient locations to meet your needs. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is also available for clients anywhere in Florida.
-
FAQ 3: What do I need to bring to my notary appointment? Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license, passport, or state ID). The document must be fully completed before signing. If witnesses are required, please bring them with you unless we’ve arranged to provide them.
-
FAQ 4: How much do your notary services cost? Our prices vary depending on the type of service. General notary work starts at $10 per stamp. Estate planning packages begin at $125, and real estate closings range from $65–$100. Travel fees may apply for mobile appointments. Contact us for a full quote.
-
FAQ 5: Do you offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) in Florida?Yes, we are fully commissioned and equipped to perform Remote Online Notarizations for Florida residents. As long as you have a reliable internet connection, valid ID, and access to a smartphone or computer, we can notarize your document online from anywhere.
-
FAQ 6: Do I need to sign the document before I meet with the notary? No. Please wait to sign the document in front of the notary. We’re legally required to witness your signature during the appointment unless the document states otherwise. If it’s already signed, we may need to reschedule or prepare a new copy.
-
FAQ 7: What forms of ID are acceptable for notarization? We accept valid, government-issued photo identification such as a Florida driver’s license, U.S. passport, or state-issued ID. The ID must be current or issued within the past 5 years (if expired). No photos or copies of ID are allowed.
-
FAQ 8: Can you provide witnesses if I don’t have anyone available?Yes, we can provide witnesses for an additional fee with advance notice. Many documents—like wills and medical directives—require two witnesses who are not related to the signer or named in the document. We’re happy to help coordinate that for you.
-
FAQ 9: How do I schedule an appointment with Simply Noble Services?Scheduling is easy! You can book directly online at https://simplynobleservices.zohobookings.com/#/sns, or call/text us at 321-549-8275. We offer flexible weekday and Sunday availability by appointment. Same-day service is also available when possible.
-
FAQ 10: Can you notarize documents in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility?Yes. We provide mobile notary services to hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We take extra care to ensure the signer is alert, willing, and able to sign. Please inform us ahead of time if any accommodations or witness support are needed.
-
FAQ 11: What if my ID is expired? Can I still get something notarized?Florida law requires a valid, government-issued photo ID. If your ID is expired but was issued within the last 5 years, it may still be accepted. Otherwise, you’ll need an acceptable secondary form of ID or a credible witness. Call us in advance so we can guide you.
-
FAQ 12: Do you notarize documents in other languages?Yes, we can notarize documents written in another language as long as the notarial certificate and communication with the signer are in English. The signer must also understand what they’re signing. We also offer bilingual services in English and Haitian Creole.
-
FAQ 13: Can you help me prepare or explain my documents? No. As notaries, we are not allowed to provide legal advice or prepare documents unless we are also licensed attorneys. You’ll need to have your documents completed and ready for notarization. If you need help, we can refer you to a trusted legal professional.
-
FAQ 14: What if my document requires a specific notarial certificate? If your document doesn’t include a notarial certificate (like an acknowledgment or jurat), we’ll ask you what type of notarization you need. If you're unsure, we’ll explain the difference, but you must make the final decision or consult with the document issuer or an attorney.
-
FAQ 15: How soon can I get a notary appointment? We offer same-day and next-day appointments based on availability. For the fastest service, book online at https://simplynobleservices.zohobookings.com/#/sns or text us at 321-549-8275. We also offer emergency after-hours services when possible.

1. What exactly is financial coaching and how is it different from financial planning?Financial coaching focuses on helping you create a working budget, build savings habits, and manage your day-to-day money choices. We don’t sell products or investments—we guide you in setting financial goals and sticking to them in real life.
-
2. Who is your coaching designed for?My coaching is for high-earning women, busy parents, and couples who are doing “okay” on paper but feel like their money isn’t working for them. If you're tired of living paycheck to paycheck or you just want better control, this is for you.
-
3. What can I expect during a coaching session?Every session is judgment-free and tailored to your current financial situation. We’ll walk through your income, expenses, goals, and pain points—then build a step-by-step plan that works for your lifestyle, not against it.
-
4. Do I need to share all of my financial information to get help?Nope! You share only what you’re comfortable with. The more honest and open you are, the better I can support you—but I’ll never pressure you.
-
5. How much do your sessions cost?I offer a 30-minute session for $25 and a 1-hour session for $50. I also have affordable coaching packages for those who want deeper, long-term support (coming soon).
-
6. What’s the difference between a one-time session and your coaching package?A one-time session helps you get clarity and direction. The full coaching package includes weekly accountability, tools, and deeper guidance to help you actually stick to the plan and build better habits (coming soon).
-
7. Can you help me if I’m behind on bills or facing collections?Absolutely. I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed. We’ll work together to prioritize what matters, communicate with creditors if needed, and create a plan to regain control.
-
8. Do you help couples or just individuals? Both! Many of my clients are married or in long-term relationships. We can work together to create a plan that works for both partners, even if one person is more “into” budgeting than the other.
-
9. Will you tell me I can’t spend money on what I love?No way. I’m not here to restrict you—I’m here to help you plan for what you love. The goal is balance, not deprivation.
-

-
11. I’ve tried budgeting before and it didn’t work. How is this different? Most people fail at budgeting because the plan didn’t fit their real life. I meet you where you are, adjust the plan to your lifestyle, and give you support along the way—not a generic one-size-fits-all method.
-
12. Can I work with you if I’m preparing for a big goal like home ownership or a new baby?Yes! I love helping families prepare for life changes like buying a home, growing their family, or recovering from a financial setback. We create a practical plan to help you move forward with confidence.
-
13. How long do I need to work with you to see results? Many clients see a mindset shift after just one session. Most begin to feel more organized and confident with their money in 2–4 weeks. Long-term change depends on your goals and consistency.
-
14. Do you offer digital tools or is everything done manually?I offer a mix. Some tools are printable for hands-on users, and others are digital (including Google Sheets and trackers) for those who prefer tech-based tracking.
